General Manager, Chakipi Acceso - Haiti

Job Description

The Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership is continuously developing the pipeline for its growing enterprise portfolio and is currently assessing opportunities to expand in Haiti. As such, a Haiti based Chakipi Acceso General Manager is required to further advance current efforts and spearhead the growth of the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership’s footprint in Haiti.

We have 3 enterprise models: (1) Supply Chain Enterprises provide training, inputs, and working capital to smallholder farmers, procure their produce, and sell to quality buyers, (2) Distribution Enterprises empower women as entrepreneurs in remote communities and provide a source of affordable consumer and pro-‐poor goods for resale in their communities, (3) Training Center Enterprises train and place youth in quality jobs.

The last-mile distribution is often a key challenge for companies throughout the world in reaching low- income and rural populations. We close this market gap by empowering and enabling female entrepreneurs in these communities as a door-to-door distribution network in remote regions. This model gives the base of the pyramid market access to low-cost, basic household products while simultaneously creating livelihoods for women in the community.
